Draw it and we cut it.
Every tool in the index started as a curve traced off a pot. Send a photograph of the profile against a ruler and we return a dimensioned drawing to approve before anything is printed. Radius, land width, bevel angle and thickness are yours to set. Approved drawings stay on file under your name, so the second one is a reorder and not a conversation.

Shore 75A. Compressing a soft belly without leaving a chatter mark.
Shore 92A. The default for pulling walls. Most throwers own this one first.
Shore 55D. Straightening a cylinder and cutting a shoulder.
Shore 78D. Trimming leather-hard clay and truing a foot.
The grade is part of the tool name and stays on the invoice. Rib R60 Grade 3 is a different tool from Rib R60 Grade 5, not a colour option.

Every tool is printed in the grade and thickness you ask for, after you ask for it, and half the index is dimensioned by the customer anyway. That is why the number comes back per tool rather than off a shelf. Send a code, get a price the same day. The four steps below are the short version, and how to order is the long one, down to what belongs in the first message.

Drawing to approve
Dimensioned, same working day. Printing starts the moment you say yes to it.
Printed and finished
Three to eight days. Sintered parts are bead blasted, filament parts are deburred by hand.

Tracked. Four to twelve days end to end depending on the tool.
Ordering
Orders run through Instagram messages.
Tap a code to copy it, then paste it into the thread with the grade you want. A code and a grade is a complete order. If one of these is leaving the country in somebody's luggage, a gift out of Armenia is about which tools survive a suitcase, and about the six thousand years of pots behind them.
