Every number here is off the drawing rather than off a finished tool. Name the radius and the grade you want and the drawing comes back with your numbers on it.

The underside is ribbed so water drains off it instead of sitting between bat and wheel head, and the face is printed flat to within a fifth of a millimetre across the whole 300 mm. Tell us your pin centres and it is drilled to them.

Why it is shaped like that

The ribs underneath are what hold this one flat through a winter of being wet on one side and dry on the other.

Living with it

  • Stand them on edge to dry and they stay flat through a wet winter.
  • The face is deliberately toothy, which is what gives a wet base its grip.

Made to order

Make one that fits your hand.

Send the code and the grade, or a photograph of the curve you want. A dimensioned drawing comes back the same working day, and nothing is printed until you say yes to it.
